Baggage from our past can cause many of us to hold onto things which may overpower us emotionally, physically and spiritually. We may feel anxious and stressed or that we are helpless, have no worth and no hope.

Prayer Ministry at Lifegate is a safe, confidential, Biblical and practical way to confront these problems. It is a ministry that is focused on Jesus, is dependent on the Holy Spirit, is gentle and grace-based, with the main aim to get to the root of those things hindering our personal connections with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Some problems commonly dealt with are: past traumas and hurts; wounded memories; effects of physical, emotional, psychological, sexual and spiritual abuse; repetitive physical ailments; relationship difficulties;  emotional bondages such as anger, guilt, condemnation, anxieties, fears, phobias, low self-esteem and self-worth; addictions and dependencies; lack of spiritual growth;  effects of occult, false religion and new-age involvement; generational iniquities and strongholds.

Prayer ministry assists people to be free of the physical, emotional and spiritual problems that have prevented them from knowing their true worth and living in the full freedom of Christ. It is God's desire to see His people healed and whole, free to live a full and victorious life.

What: A typical prayer session involves you and two or three trained Prayer Ministers only. You can expect our team to treat you with respect, kindness and grace in an atmosphere that is loving, confidential, safe, gentle and calm.
